Hi, I am Tim Evans! A lifelong culinary fanatic, I’m enthusiastic about cooking and Discovering new flavors and textures. I like screening out all kinds of cookware - from traditional Dutch ovens to present day Scorching skillets - and experimenting with diverse elements.
